Biting Lily

My 12 week old Siamese kitten Lily has been biting a lot lately. We try not to play rough with her, but she just seems to want to bite all the time. Is this normal? Or should I be worried about her temperament? I have only had one other kitten, and she didn't bite this much. Just need some advice, Thanks!!
