Can Two older siamese make friends?

My mom has moved in with us 5 months ago and her cat which is the daughter to my cat hate each other. I also have a male persian that is easy going but they both hate him too. They are wrecking my new house with their fighting. They have clawed my cork floors and sprayed on my fireplaces taking the finish off. This can not go on. What can I do?? My mom really favor her cat as well. They all moved into this house together but it is not working!

They are spayed and neutered. I have two litter boxes and the male goes outside a lot. I bought them some of those collars and they seem a little better.

Hi,
It is difficult sometimes for female cats to get along. How many litter boxes do you have? You might try having multiple litter boxes and places to feed them so they won't compete for "space". Is the male Persian cat neutered? And are the female cats spayed? Doing these things seem to calm them down greatly. I have heard some good things about "Feliway" it helps with anxiety in cats and you can find it at any pet stores.
