Fighting cats

I have 3 cats. 2 calico, one male who is fixed one female who is fixed, and one siamese female who is in heat. All 3 cats have been raised together and have never had any problems. Now all of a sudden the female calico and the siamese are attacking each other. What could have caused this and how do I fix this because I do not want to get rid of any of my cats.

If all are fixed you should not have any problems.

Hi there,

Having two cats together who are neutered with one who is in heat does seem to be a tricky situation and not balanced. I think that while the female is in heat you are going to have this problem. You will need to either separate her from the other two or get rid of the neutered female, otherwise you will just have chaos.

Hope this helps.

Kind regards,

Beatrice
