first time Siamese Kitten owner

My 3 month Siamese boy, MO, always bites..he doesn't scratch, just bites, although I know he is playing, he hurts and keeps attacking me..he has many toys to divert this attacking, but he seems to always focus on me..I can't seem to stop this..and he gets me very angry..I don't want him to grow fearing me and I don't want to fear him...will this stop naturally as he grows or is this something I should continue to be very upset about? The picture is when he was 1 month old..so cute..he has grown up quite a bit..

bitting kitten NEW

He is so cute. lots of kittens bite a bit when they are small. You will need to train him. Say no when he does it and put him down. He will soon learn if he wants a cuddle he can not bite. Best of luck

My Siamese bites as well. She was doing it to get my attention at first. Now she gives what I call love bites. It is play as well as a form of affection. The only thing I've tried is to just let my hand or arm go limp. If the prey they're after has no fight they usually drop it. Maybe you could try that or giving your fur ball a piece of leather to chew on. That worked with my Siamese. Good luck! *^^*

Biting
by: Susan

My Siamese girl is over a year old and she still bites, although usually not very hard any more. Her sister does not bite unless she wants me to stop touching a certain spot. Although they are litter mates, the sister doesn't even look Siamese (mom was part Siamese).

Good luck. I hope your boy stops biting.
