Flame point siamese nose change

I was given a flame point siamese, approximately 12 to 14 yrs in age. My neighbors daughter went to college and could not keep it. I noticed in the last week his noes has slowly been going from pink to black. I was looking through online forums and couldn't not see any answers. His weight has not changed, and his personality has not changed. He has been a lounge cat (not very active) since I have owned him almost a year now. Thank you for your help Brandy
