HELP Siamese cat hiding.

My Siamese cat is around three months old. When I got him two weeks ago he was in a very bad shape, he had worms bad and fleas and was starving. I took him to the vet and got him back on his feet. But he still does not want to trust no one, only if it is something to eat, But he gets scared really easily and does not trust no one, The funny thing is he loves my male 2 year old cat. What can I do to get the Siamese cat to stop being afraid. Thanks
