My Siamese cat Alpha does not eat any cat food, she only eats fried fish and now she dont like fish anymore, im very worried she very thin and weak. i badly needed some help, what should i do?

Please have him checked by a vet. I am sure the vet will be able to advise you. The vet will need to check that he has not got a blockage.
Even if he is really fussy about his food a hungry cat will eat something. It sounds like he is just off his food. He really needs the vet to check him out. Make sure he is drinking water if not take him straight to the vet.
