Hi My siames cat has a growth in each ear HELP!

Ok we took him to 2 different vets one said they have to biopsy it to see if its cancer and he said he doubts it. Thr next vet said its probably just glands. I am so scared. Does anyone know what it could be. Its been about 5 to 6 weeks since ive noticed it so I guess it isnt cancer because wouldnt i see changes in him. He hasnt changed at all he still eats and drinks alot, Very loving, sleeps alot always has and no pain. But im still sooooo worried.
