human hair licking

i have a 5 year old sealpoint siamese cat and anytime you lay your head next to him he loves to lick and groom us.why do they do this?

Mine love to groom me every once in a while also.They love to take my scrunchi out of my hair also.

Your cats loves you ! Sometimes one of my little girls gets so involved in licking and being close, that she'll learn over and lick my hair and face. I think it is the best compliment a pussy cat can give to you :)
