Loud crying but only when husband is home.

My husband travels out of town a few times a week. During those nights that he is gone, my 11 year old siamese is perfect. He is well behaved and sleeps quietly on my bed. He doesn't make one peep. The moment my husband returns home, the cat goes crazy. He meows and cries so loudly all night long and keeps up both up! We have a 1 yr old and a new baby on the way and I need all the sleep I can get right now. Why is he doing this all of a sudden? He likes my husband and always plays and cuddles with him during the day. He even sleeps on him at night when he does finally sleep. Please help!!

A new baby on the way and your husband travels. Time for a little TLC for the pussycat. I had 2 -10 years old cats with my first baby. I was so afraid because they were the babies for so long. I cannot tell you the instant bond they all had. It was so beautiful. Then I lost both my beautiful girls during my third pregnancy. I found 2 beautiful siamese the same exact day as my daughters birthday. They will all grow up together. They all get along like they came from the same womb. The cats are so gentle with my children. I love it. They do everything together. When they were babies I did not let the cats sleep with them. They could of accidently suffocated. Just give the kitty extra TLC. My husband brought home blankets the baby used in the hospital to prepare the cats for the new arrival.Have patience, remember everyone is in transition.
