My 5 month old Male kitten keeps crying

Please can you help, we have got two male kittens and they are 5 months old. Jasper is a blue point and Leo is a lilac point. My problem is Leo keep crying and he wakes us up in the night, and he crys when he is awake in the day. They don't seem to be playing as much as they did at first, maybe he is getting bored?

my 5 month old boy kitten keeps crying hes a tabby and whenever i pick him up i thinks its just because he needs to take a big dump mostly because he always spends alot of time in the litter box.
