My 6 month old Lynx point Siamese drools!

by Shannon
(Seattle)

I have a six month old Lynx Siamese named Eli. He's a sweetie and I've had him ever since he was three weeks old. He was an abandoned kitten and I bottle fed him up until he was about 5 weeks old and then weaned him onto more solid food. He is extremely affectionate, in fact TOO affectionate at times, and whenever he kneads it has to be on my neck or at my face. It's cute and everything, but he DROOLS when he does it! Is this normal bottle fed behavior for a kitten of his age, and will he grow out of it, or will he be a drooler for the rest of his life?

Kneading
by: Lynn

When he kneads he is showing great affection for you, he thinks you are is Mom. Kittens knead when they are nursing. The kneading reminds them of milk which makes them drool. I have heard that some cats drool when they knead. He is such a cutie! He is a lynx point Siamese.
