My Siamese hisses at my Persian kitten.

My 7 month old Siamese cat is so angry with my 2 month old Persian kitten. I bought the Persian to keep my Siamese company but I don't think my Siamese likes him very much. :( Is this normal? Should I give it a couple weeks or so? Also my Siamese hisses at me whenever the Persian is near me. I'm thinking she can smell the Persian scent on me.
What should I do?
