Siamese cat wont come out of heat

My Siamese tabby point cat wont come out of heat. She has been in season since before Christmas. We had a brief gap of 3 days about a week ago but now she is calling again. I intend to get her spade but she needs to be out of season to enable me to do so. Any suggestions as for why this might be? Or anything wrong, and how I can bring her out of heat?

I am sure you will get some type of break in there. Female cats will go in and out of heat until they get pregnant. When they are Siamese it is much worse because Siamese are so much more vocal than other cats. How are things with her now?
