Overall, they are very healthy. We have had Siamese for about 16 years. If you deal with a responsible breeder, you'll eliminate genetic issues. During the 16 years, one of our cats had one urinary infection; another had a sprained paw from jumping off too high a place as a kitten. That's about it. We do feed top quality food (Royal Siamese wet and dry food for the kitten and CD wet/dry for the two older ones. We also take them to the vet once a year for shots and teeth cleaning as needed.
