Siamese Kitten Behavior

My new Siamese Kitten (10 weeks old) like to nibble on our ears and bite at our necks. Is she showing affection as if we have become mom cat? How can I discourage her from doing that? I have had Siamese all my life, and just lost my 2 at the ripe old age of 20,so it has been 20 years since I have had a kitten

Nibbling

I have a 3 year old Lynx point who has nibbled and sucked on my earlobes since she was a kitten, and still does! We also recently got a lilac point, and she likes to do the same thing! Our other Siamese, a 4 year old seal point, has never done this, so I think some will, some won't. I have heard other owners of Siamese cats mention it too.

I just had my first kittens after 14 years.I have a newborn the same exact age.I just say no,no do not nibble on mommy. We all adjusted just fine.My kittens and newborn are a year and a half now.The kittens do not nibble anymore.Every once in a while while we are playing or I am rubbing their tummy they do.I just say no,no and they stop or I stop playing. My husband gets a nibble every once in a while on his ears and bald head and you will here ouch. Then Romeo stops.Romeo loves to take hairbands and banana clips out of my hair.Rosabella and Romeo are great with the baby and my 4 year old.You will all blend together as a family in the coming weeks and months.Enjoy it time flies.I was just looking at pictures and could not believe how big everyone has grown.Have fun!!!!Show us pictures !!!
