Siamses cats eyes

hi, i have a siamses red point and just lately his eyes have gone a little odd, it looks like his 3rd eyelid is showing however it is 3/4 over his eye. it has been like it for 5-7 days and seems a little larthgic in himself. he is 3, eats well and i have not changed any cleaning products around the house. can you help ??????????
