sleeping all the time

Pixie on Chair
I just rescued an 11 month old Siamese female form my local shelter. She is a tiny thing about 4 pounds so I named her Pixie. She has only been home with me for 2 days, but she sleeps most of the time. Even at night, she curls up next to me or in my lap and will sleep through the night. He vet appointment is in 2 days. Am I just being over cautious?
