Tongue sticking out of mouth,age 13,APPLE HEAD

THIS HAS BEEN A PROBLEM FOR SEVERAL WEEKS.HER EYES ARE BRIGHT,BUT PERHAPS SHE IS SLEEPING MORE.SHE HAS ALWAYS HAD A PROBLEM WITH INFLAMED GUMS AT TOP OF MOLARS.WHAT TESTS WOULD MY VET BEGIN WITH?

Take her to the vet or clinic to get checked.
