Now I am even more fearful :( NEW
by: Silver

I was hoping to find helpful answer as to why my 4year old Applehead rescue has been drooling so much more lately. This is not what I was hoping to find, needless to say.
When he sleeps, his tongue protrudes. Me and my 2 young children found this a very endearing and funny thing. Until only recently his drooling was not so excessive. I figured that because he had lost a lower fang, that was the reason for the more excessive drooling. Also the reason why his tongue sticks out further now.
Actually, I was hoping to find help in giving him relief of the irritation that the drooling has produced. Just a few minutes ago I caught him scratching very hard at his chin. Of course I stopped him. (He is a great listener, and mostly obeys , although he will "back sass"( talk back) when he does not like what I tell him.
Please, if anyone out there knows anything of these symptoms/ circumstance, please, please, please...I welcome ANY AND ALL INFORMATION! Bustard is a MUCH LOVED family member , and I appreciate any and all insights and experiences. Thank you everyone

I know you loss hurts but think of all the good times you had together.
Your in our thoughts and right now your baby is probably playing in that big cattery in the sky with my Baby .
