I have a siamese queen, she has been covered twice and had no kittens.she weighs about 3kgs and the vet has said she is in perfect condition aside from being skinny.
She was on Hills and Iams but she didnt like it so i've moved her onto royal canin which she eats. She has wet food and i give her hills a/d tins and chicken or ox heart.
She is very active aswell.
Any suggestions what i can feed her to put on weight?

I have two Siamese cats my 17 year old started showing weight loss but ate like my Rottweiler. This breed is known for thyroid issues. While never showing any symptoms before, taking him to the vet revealed that w/age these cats are prone to this diagnosis which is hypothroidism. There are meds for the condition but a blood test must be done to confirm first. There is a generic for the medication through pet rx on line. Get your cat to the vet this wont go away on its own and itll only get skinnier if left untreated. Good luck with your cat

I also have two Siamese cats. The older one (11 years) a blue point named Angel Eyes is extremely small frame. She eats regularly and I feed her moist food as treats twice daily but she never gains any weight. She weighs in at 7 lb. the young lialic point named Twinkles eats like a dog ea=very chnce she gets and then throws up. She is very healthy and onl weighs 8 lbs. I wouldn't worry about your cat's weight as long as it isn't showing any signs of illness.

Ditto, my Siamese eats up to 10 sachets a day and she is as thin as a whippet, I have taken her to the vet and had every conceivable test done and all were negative. It is in the genes, she will probably slow down with age and eat less, but it is hard on your pocket!
