This is a first for me. I've had cats all my life but none like this. We have a house with 3 cats. All are inside/outside and about 7 years old. We adopted a little 6 week old kitten from our local shelter q little over a year ago. She looks like a cross between a Himalayan and a siamese. She really is very beautiful. When we brought her home she had just been spayed and was about 6-8 weeks old. As she had grown she has never liked anyone in our family, Not human or pet. She growls under her breath if you pick her up and never comes to you. She honestly grumbles whenever you pick her up and try to love her or even pet her. She seems to hate contact. We keep showing her love but deep down we feel we should hide the knives from her, lol. So what makes a cat hate it's owners? Will she ever change? We love her and understand every animal has they own personality but it still sucks. Knowing your cat is plotting your demise.
