Pink Nose Siamese

I'm researching pink nosed Siamese and would be interested to see how many others are out there. We got our beautiful girl from a rescue group.

 Chocolate point point Siamese

I have a 9 month old chocolate point Siamese with a very light pink nose. It transitioned from dark brown at around 4 months. It was a slow process and I wondered if he had vitiligo. The vet said she doesn't think this is the case. He's perfectly healthy.

 Partial pink nose

I have a lilac point Siamese. Pure bread. A long strip down the centre of her nose is pink, but looking back at her pictures not long after we got her, her nose was completely dark. Not sure how or why it happened. I was reading that some cats have vitiligo.

 Reds

I do know that Reds (orange points) have pink noses. And, contrary to many beliefs, they are every bit Siamese: the one I know, that my Sister owned is noise and every bit as busy into the household's working as any seal point would ever be.

Shelter cats are the best. My last little dude was a shelter cat and he was awesome. Congratulations on the addition to your family.

 Pink Nose

Yes. I have a pink nose. She is a chocolate point and when she was a couple of months old, her nose was pink and tge brown fur was gone :) Vet didn't understand it :( But she is very happy and snuggly and she is now 7 years old !!

 I have two

My two lynx point siamese have pink noses that are "mauve" or rose colored. My neighbor has a bi-color Siamese with a light pink "ballet pink" nose. These are all rescue kits.

My previous blue point male had a slate grey colored nose. I always look for and rarely see the grey noses in the shelter kits.
