Hello everyone,
I adopted my little purrbaby, Kalea, from a Siamese Rescue center back in December, and since then everyone (vet, vet assistant, animal shelter, and rescue center) seem to have different options as to what type/coloring she is so I was wondering what you thought.
The different combos I've been told are: lilac point mix (this was when they first recieved her at the animal shelter, her first stop. Her colors were very light so I don't think the tan-ish color had developed as much then), tortie point/snowshoe mix, just a tortie point, tortie lynx mix, and a chocolate lynx/snowshoe mix.
Her body is a cream color with a bit of tan here and there. Some of the pictures make her look white because of the flash but she's more of a cream. Her front legs are a base light brown color with tan stripes and her ears match the light brown color. Her face has slight stripe markings that are tan and her upper legs (her haunches) have some light tan stripes that are just now starting to show up. All front paws along with her back legs up until you reach her haunches are very white. Her tail has the darkest coloring of all. The base is a dark brownish color, and she has mostly dark brown stripes on it except for close to the tip where you can see a light tan strip between two very distinct white stripes.
Kalea has been a joy and wonderful addition to our family. Her and my 6year old dobie, Karma, have quickly become sisters and do everything together, including getting into A LOT of mischief! I've had kittens/cats before but Kalea by far has the biggest personality out of any of them and lets her Siamese side come out through all her "talking"!
Thanks for all the help!
